All sales are final. We do not offer any returns or exchanges.  

Please make sure to review all pictures and read the description before purchasing. All my items are handmade by me.

 

Lost/Missing package 

Once I drop off a package to USPS, it is out of my hands and I have no control over it. All orders come with tracking and a delivery date. This ensures that you are aware you will be receiving a package, you can also make arrangements with your local post office to hold your items and you can pick them up with proper identification. On the day of delivery you receive an email that your order is out for delivery. Please make certain someone is home during this time or that you have a safe space for package delivery to protect against theft. Once a shipment is in possession of USPS, any lost/missing/damaged shipments are out of my control and therefore, must be followed up with USPS. Which is why I don’t refund lost/missing packages. Before filing a claim with USPS check with household members, neighbors, cameras, etc. Please contact your local USPS if you received a delivery notification but can’t find your package. They will help you file the proper claim.
